Working principle
1. Pre freezing: The material freezes into ice at 40 ℃~50 ℃.
2. Sublimation: In a vacuum environment, ice directly sublimates into water vapor, which is captured by a cold trap.
3. Analysis: Heat to remove residual moisture, so that the moisture content is less than 1%.
