We can basically divide them into 1. recuperated hot blast stove heat exchanger, 2. hybrid hot blast stove heat exchanger, 3. regenerative hot blast stove heat exchanger according to the heat communication principle and method of cold fluid. However, the removal and inspection of the heat exchanger should be carried out regularly, but what problems should be paid attention to when disassembling the heat exchanger of the hot blast stove?
1. Before we disassemble the plate-type hot blast stove heat exchanger, we need to measure the length scale of the plate bundle compression, and then make records. When reloading, we need to select parts according to this scale.
2. It is necessary to check whether the sealing gasket is stuck in the groove between the two plates. If we need to use a screwdriver to separate it carefully, the screwdriver needs to be inserted from an easy-to-peel place first, and then separated along its periphery. Remember not to damage the heat exchanger plates and sealing gasket of the hot blast stove.
3. When replacing the sealing gasket, it is necessary to wipe the groove of the sealing gasket with acetone or other ketone organic solvent. Then the synthetic resin adhesive is evenly coated in the groove with a brush.
4. Check whether the heat exchanger plate of the hot blast stove is perforated. Generally, a 5-fold magnifying glass can be used, or a light or kerosene penetration method can be used to check one by one.
5. If sundries are found in the short pipe and channel of the medium inlet and outlet, the filter is invalid and should be cleaned quickly. General plate commonly used cleaning methods are recoil method, craft cleaning method, and chemical cleaning method.
6. When the heat exchange plate is scarred, do not use a wire brush or wire brush to wash it to prevent the corrosion of the plate from accelerating. If there is stain or rust on the plate, it can be removed with decontamination powder. Remember that the water used for cleaning should not contain acidic ingredients such as salt and sulfur.
7. When disassembling the titanium plate, it is forbidden to touch with open flame to prevent oxidation. Check whether the sealing gasket has defects such as aging, metamorphosis, cracks, etc., and prohibit hard items from scratching on the surface.
8. It is forbidden to accumulate solid particles on the surface of sealing gasket and heat exchange plate, such as sand and iron slag.
9. Check whether the heat exchange plate is partially deformed. If it exceeds the allowable value, it needs to be trimmed or replaced.
