Introduction
Flash drying machines are mainly used to dry pasty, filter cake-like, highly viscous, and high-moisture materials. Pasty materials enter the dryer through a spiral feeder. Under the strong action of the high-speed rotating stirring paddle, the materials are dispersed by impact, friction, and shearing forces. Lumps are quickly crushed, and they come into full contact with hot air, receiving heat and drying. The dried product is powdery, basically maintaining the original particle size and crystal morphology.
Composition
This machine is mainly composed of a blower, heating device, quantitative feeder, drying host, collector (cyclone collector plus bag dust collector), discharging machine, air supply pipeline, induced draft fan, and electrical control cabinet.
Working Principle
Fresh air is sent in by the blower, heated by the heating device, and then evenly enters the drying chamber through the hot air distributor at the bottom of the host, forming a strong vortex. This hot air fully contacts and strongly collides with the wet material quantitatively fed into the drying chamber by the feeder. The surface of the material and the water film attached to the surface are continuously dried and evaporated by the action of hot air and mechanical crushing. At the same time, under the action of mechanical force, large pieces of material are crushed, and the surface area of the material continuously increases. This enhances the mass and heat transfer of the material in the hot air, allowing the moisture to evaporate quickly. Fine particles are carried upward by the rotating airflow in the host chamber and continue to dry. Larger particles are thrown to the periphery by the centrifugal force and grading ring and fall back to the bottom along the inner wall of the host to participate in the above process again. The material that meets the requirements enters the cyclone collector from the upper outlet of the host to separate the finished product material and gas. A small amount of fine dust enters the dust collection device through the induced draft fan, and the purified tail gas is discharged after collection.
Applicable Material Fields
(1) Organic substances: Atrazine (pesticide insecticide), lauric acid, benzoic acid, benzoic acid, captan, sodium oxalate, cellulose acetate, organic pigments, etc.
(2) Dyes: Anthraquinone, black iron oxide, indigo pigment, butyric acid, titanium hydroxide, zinc sulfide, various azo dye intermediates.
(3) Inorganic substances: Borax, calcium carbonate, hydroxide, copper sulfate, iron oxide, barium carbonate, zinc sulfate, basic zinc carbonate, antimony trioxide, various metal hydroxides, various heavy metal salts, synthetic cryolite, etc.
(4) Food: Soybean protein, gelling starch, distillers' grains, wheat sugar, wheat starch, etc.
