① Monthly maintenance
Open the trunk lid and clean the inside of the unit with a soft cotton cloth.
② Add lubricating oil to the moving parts such as bearings to reduce friction.
③ Check the belt tension and adjust the belt pulley.
④ The parts that are easy to loosen and fall off after vibration, including the electrical circuit, the rocker arm of the door, and the pipe connection are strengthened.
Annual maintenance
① Check whether the fixing bolts of the machine base are loose and firm.
② Check the tightness of the support spring connection and adjust it from time to time.
③ Check the grounding of the equipment and ensure its reliability.
④ Check the control of the computer board, the flexibility of the wind wheel and the heat exchanger.
⑤ Send the thermometer and other instruments on the equipment to the local technical supervision bureau for measurement.
