Introduction
Suitable for drying and cooling powdery and granular materials in chemical, pharmaceutical, food, dehydrated vegetable, grain, and mineral industries.
Composition
This machine mainly consists of blower, heating device, vibrating fluidized bed host, collector (cyclone collector or bag dust remover), discharging machine, air supply pipeline, induced draft fan, and electrical control cabinet.
Working Principle
Materials enter the machine from the inlet. Under the action of vibration, the materials are thrown along the horizontal fluidized bed and move forward continuously. Hot air passes upward through the fluidized bed to exchange heat with the wet materials. The wet air is de-dusted by the cyclone separator and discharged from the exhaust port. The dried materials are discharged from the discharge port. The vibration source uses a vibration motor, which is stable in operation, easy to maintain, low in noise, and long in service life. The fluidization is uniform, without dead spaces or blow-through phenomena, so uniform drying and cooling products can be obtained. It has good adjustability and wide applicability. The material layer thickness, the moving speed in the machine, and the full amplitude change can all be steplessly adjusted. It causes little damage to the surface of the material and can be used for drying fragile materials; irregular material particles do not affect the working effect. The fully enclosed structure effectively prevents cross-infection between materials and air, and the working environment is clean. The mechanical efficiency and thermal efficiency are high, the energy saving effect is good, and it can save 30%-60% energy compared with general drying equipment.

Citric acid, monosodium glutamate, borax, ammonium sulfate, compound fertilizer, radish shreds, soybean meal, distillers' grains, seeds, mine slag, sugar, etc.
